I build Notion systems that keep a small business organised, with the admin skills to back it up.
I build Notion workspaces that turn scattered client info, schedules, and tracking into one system that actually runs itself, backed by real hands-on admin experience (scheduling, invoicing, client communication) rather than theory alone. I'm looking to bring that same structure to coaches, consultants, and small teams who need their business organised without having to think about it.

What I Do
Services Three core areas where I keep things running smoothly. Notion-Based Project Systems Building structured tracking systems to plan and manage ongoing work. Scheduling & Calendar Management Keeping calendars, meetings, and deadlines organised so nothing slips through. Email & Client Communication Keeping client emails, inquiries, and follow-ups organised so your communication stays streamlined. Invoicing & Record-Keeping Issuing and tracking invoices accurately, with redundant records so nothing is lost.
Real situations. Real decisions. Honest outcomes.
Context: A repeat customer stopped ordering after two purchases with no clear explanation, in a small, relationship-dependent customer base.
What I did: Visited the customer in person to understand why she'd stopped ordering. Was initially met with hostility and assumed it meant dissatisfaction with the goods or service. Sought outside advice from a veteran salesman, who suggested the hostility might not be about me. Revisited the customer, asked directly for feedback, and learned she had assumed I was out of stock after a comment about "restocking", and had also had a bad experience with palm oil from another seller.
Skills used: Direct customer communication, self-reflection and willingness to revise an assumption, seeking and applying outside advice, persistence.
Outcome: The customer responded positively, gave a positive review of the goods and service, and clarified the miscommunication. As of now, she has not yet reordered, though she indicated she would once her current stock (from another source) is sold.
Context: A self-initiated project (fictional client, a health coach) to build a Notion system covering client management, session tracking, content planning, and invoicing, niched specifically to demonstrate the coaches/consultants market.
What I did: Designed four linked databases (Clients, Sessions, Content, Invoices) connected by relations, so information updates across the system automatically. Built formulas to track remaining sessions and overdue payments without manual input. Created a homepage dashboard with filtered views surfacing what needs attention each week. Attempted a native Notion form for client intake; it didn't feed submissions into the database as intended, so I left it unresolved rather than let it block the rest of the system.
Skills used: Relational database design, formula/rollup logic, dashboard design, scoping a system to a specific niche, recognising when to move on from a blocked feature rather than over-invest in it.
Outcome: A fully functional client management system covering the core workflow (clients, sessions, content, invoicing), with one known limitation (the intake form) documented rather than hidden.
Context: A personal, long-running 3D visualisation project with no external deadline or accountability, requiring self-imposed structure to stay on track.
What I did: Broke the project into 8 defined phases, each with its own task-level checklist. Built a real-world measurement and build-tracking database, logging each room/element's dimensions against a "Modelled?" status. Maintained a categorised reference-image library (63 images, organised by room). Actively used the system during the build, cross-checking modelling work against the measurement database.
Skills used: Project scoping and phase breakdown, task-level planning, Notion (databases, galleries, tagging), sustained self-management on a no-deadline project.
Outcome: Phases 1 and 2 are complete, Phase 3 is currently in progress. Of three planned interior scenes, one (the bedroom) is fully rendered and finished; the other two are not yet complete.
Context: A 3-month teaching placement working with a class of visually impaired adult students, requiring instruction methods adapted for non-visual learning.
What I did: Created lesson plans and teaching materials designed specifically for visually impaired adult learners. Used audio-based methods and verbal-first instruction as the primary delivery method. Built individual rapport with students, including sustained one-on-one support for a socially isolated student who became more socially engaged over the course of the placement. Took on an informal counselling role alongside teaching.
Skills used: Instructional design for a non-standard learner group, verbal/audio-based communication, relationship-building, patience and sustained engagement, adaptability.
Outcome: Teaching and interpersonal approach was directly observed and positively reviewed by a college supervisor and the school principal. A lesson note from the placement has been retained.

If you're a coach, consultant, or small team that needs a system to actually run your business in, not just admin help, let's talk.
